Amid growing online speculation, D-Nation Entertainment has officially denied reports that former 2NE1 member Park Bom filed a lawsuit against YG Entertainment and its founder Yang Hyun-suk.
The controversy began on October 22 when Park Bom uploaded a post on social media urging “citizens to thoroughly investigate what YG has done to Park Bom,” along with an image that appeared to be a legal complaint listing herself as the complainant and Yang Hyun-suk as the defendant. The document claimed YG had failed to pay her for various activities, including music releases, concerts, and advertisements, with an alleged unpaid amount that bizarrely reached “64272e quadrillion won.”
The unusual figure quickly led fans and netizens to question the legitimacy of the post. Later, Park Bom reposted the image with similar remarks—this time revealing unredacted contact information—further fueling confusion and concern among fans.

In response, D-Nation Entertainment released an official statement clarifying that no legal complaint had been filed. “The financial settlement related to Park Bom’s activities with 2NE1 has already been completed,” the company stated. “The document uploaded to social media was never submitted through official channels.”
The agency further shared that Park Bom has “suspended all activities and is focusing on treatment and recovery,” adding that they are prioritizing her health and well-being.
YG Entertainment has not commented on the situation.
Park Bom, who rose to fame as the powerhouse vocalist of 2NE1, participated in the group’s world tour last year before halting activities in August upon her doctor’s recommendation to rest.
