A big win today for fans of physical media as The Criterion Collection announced they will be releasing KPop Demon Hunters in 4K and UHD this November. The Academy Award-winning animated film took the world by storm in 2025 and it shows zero signs of stopping. The addition of KPop Demon Hunters makes it one of the few Netflix-released movies to join the collection.
We’re sure we don’t need to tell you, but KPop Demon Hunters is the story of Huntrix, a Kpop group consisting of Rumi (Arden Cho and Ejae), Mira (May Hong and Audrey Nuna) and Zoey(Ji-young Yoo and Rei Ami) who, in addition to creating and performing smash-hit songs, also fight demons.
