XG announce second world tour following historic Coachella debut

XG gear up for their second world tour in 2026, following their groundbreaking Coachella performance and ahead of their highly anticipated debut album release.

The trailblazing global girl group XG, based in South Korea, has officially announced their second world tour, set to kick off in Japan in February 2026 before heading to Asia, North America, Europe, Australia, and Latin America. U.S. tour dates will be announced soon.

The news follows the success of their first global run, “XG 1st WORLD TOUR: The first HOWL,” which launched in May 2024 and became a near year-long phenomenon. That tour saw the group perform 47 shows across 35 cities, culminating in a grand finale at Tokyo Dome that drew an audience of roughly 50,000 fans—pushing total attendance to about 400,000 worldwide.

In 2025, XG made history as the only Japanese act to perform at Coachella, earning rave reviews for their high-octane performance on the Sahara Stage. Their confident stage presence and seamless mix of pop, hip-hop, and R&B solidified their reputation as one of today’s most forward-thinking girl groups.

XG’s upcoming world tour marks their first since announcing their full-length debut album, set to release on January 23, 2026. Fans can look forward to an entirely new production—complete with fresh visuals, choreography, and tracks that push the limits of their already bold sound.

Their latest single, “GALA,” has already built anticipation for the album, debuting at No. 10 on Billboard’s U.S. Dance Digital Song Sales chart and topping YouTube’s Music Videos Trending Worldwide list. The song has earned praise from outlets like The Hollywood Reporter, which called it “fun and experimental,” while Billboard named it an Editor’s Pick of the Week.

Early ticket reservations for the Japan leg open to official fan club ALPHAZ members beginning November 1, 2025.

As XG prepare to embark on their next global chapter, fans can expect an even more daring vision of what “X-POP” can be—one that continues to break boundaries, redefine genres, and bring the group’s electric energy to stages around the world.
