Ize Press—the Yen Press imprint focused on manhwa and Korean novels—has opened up the floor on X (formerly Twitter) for fans to submit questions to singNsong, the author of the Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint novel. The exclusive Q&A feature is accepting submissions until May 12 at 12 PM EST.

Fans have already flooded Ize Press’s tweet with long-held questions. They’re asking about the inspiration behind ORV, characters’ hidden likes and dislikes, and specific plot twists. But above all, the replies show a deep appreciation for singNsong, with many thanking the author and sending heartfelt well-wishes.

singNsong is the shared pseudonym of the married couple behind The World After the Fall. They launched Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint on January 6, 2018, writing a total of 551 chapters, with side stories still ongoing. Ize Press licensed the webcomic adaptation on December 12, 2023, with artwork by Sleepy-C and adaptation by UMI. The publisher thrilled fans again when it announced the novel’s licensing, revealing a stunning cover designed by Black Box months ahead of its release.

ORV has become a massive hit, sparking both an anime and a live-action adaptation. The anime was announced at Anime Expo 2024, but little information has surfaced since. Meanwhile, the first of five Omniscient Reader films—starring Ahn Hyoseop as Kim Dokja and Lee Minho as Yoo Joonghyuk—will premiere this July.
