Yesterday, K-Comics Beat’s parent site announced that Rocketship Entertainment and Legendary Comics are printing two webtoon titles: Firebrand and ROB. The two companies are partnering up for what is expected to be new territory for both. At ComicsPRO 2026, Legendary is still in the publishing game, and is teaming up with the Rocketship Entertainment for their reach and infrastructure. Rocketship has previously published other major web comic series, such as Leeanne M. Krecic’s Let’s Play and Nick Seluk’s Lars the Awkward Yeti.
Written by Jessica Chobot and Erika Lewis, with art by Claudia Aguirre, Firebrand: The Initiation of Natali Presano originally ran from 2016 to 2019. The printed 350-page omnibus will contain the series, featuring additional content including interviews with the authors. Meanwhile, Richard Dinnick and artists Magda Price and Miguel Sepulveda’s modern retelling of Robin Hood, ROB, ran on the WEBTOON platform in 2021. The story’s entire twenty-six episode publication will be collected in a hardcover deluxe edition and as a premium paperback. Both series have an impressive combined viewership of 5.5 million views on WEBTOON.
