Street Woman Fighter: TWICE’s Momo announces sister joins show

TWICE's Momo asks ONCE to help support her sister Hana.

TWICE‘s Momo has revealed that her older sister, Hana, will appear on Street Woman Fighter, a reality show featuring eight female dance crews competing to be crowned the best crew to represent street dance in the country.

Momo shared the exciting news with fans on Bubble, asking ONCE (TWICE’s fandom) to help spread the word.

Hana, who is two years older than Momo, is a popular dancer and originally a member of the Japanese dance troupe That Crew. The Crew is known in the Kansai region for their choreography and contest work. She shares clips of her dancing on Instagram under the username @/banghana. Like Momo, Hana was scouted by JYP Entertainment but didn’t make the cut. Despite this, she is a passionate TWICE fan, with Chaeyoung being her alleged bias. Hana represents Team Japan as part of the Osaka Ojo Gang on Street Woman Fighter.

This season of the show is a revamped version, debuting World Street Woman Fighter for its third season, which invites elite female dancers from around the globe to compete. Korean netizens reacted to the news on Instiz, commenting, “Didn’t Billlie’s Tsuki learn to dance from Momo’s older sister?” and “She’s her older sister? The genetics in this family are amazing.”
