Summer may be over, but Manta is keeping the heat on as we transition to the fall with new series and new seasons of fan-favorite romantasy titles.
Some of these titles include Under the Oak Tree and Betrayal of Dignity. Some readers will find some familiar titles like Solo Leveling and Villains Are Destined to Die on Manta due to the platform’s recent update which will bring in more than 300 new titles that can only be accessed by purchasing Gems. Manta has also released the mature version for some of their titles which, similarly, can only be read by purchasing Gems.

The third season of Betrayal of Dignity launched on September 18 and is available to read for Manta subscribers.
Tempest Night
A romance of temptation and trepidation.Eunha, a peasant girl, is asked by a blind nobleman, Jihak, to become his reading assistant. Though reluctant, she accepts the shady Jihak’s offer in hopes of earning enough money to free her sister from the courtesan life. And thus begins a dangerous romance of hidden intentions and passion.
Jin Soye wrote the original story with 18.9studio in charge of the webcomic production.
Both the all-ages and manta version of Tempest Night debuted on September 2 and is available to read for Manta subscribers.
My Life As an Internet Novel

The all-ages version of Totem’s Realm debuted on September 2 although the mature version already launched on April 9, 2021. Both versions are available to read for Manta subscribers.
Written and illustrated by SOOHYEON, the first two seasons have been uploaded but the series is currently on hiatus due to the creator’s health.
Moonrise by the Cliff
I dared to fall in love with him.A lone house perched on the cliff of a miserable little island, and the man who was dethroned and exiled there. I watched him on behalf of my sickly father… and I dared to fall in love with him. Without even knowing what my fate entailed.
The all-ages version of Moonrise by the Cliff released on September 2 and is complete with 74 episodes. Hyeon Minye wrote the original story with JYL in charge of the webcomic adaptation. The mature version was released on August 25, 2021. Both the all-ages and mature version are available to read for Manta subscribers.
Manta subscribers who are currently reading this, want to read this, or have plans to read this better do it before November 29. According to Manta, this series will “no longer be available through subscription” after that date due to the expiration of the licensing contract. It’s not entirely clear whether it’ll still be available on the app but through the purchasing of Gems.
Villains Are Destined to Die

Villains Are Destined to Die was originally written as a novel by Gwon Gyeoeul with SUOL as the artist for the webcomic.
The series was released on September 2 and can only be accessed by purchasing Gems.

Based on the original story by Kim Roah, the story was adapted into a webcomic series with Antstudio’s MON illustrating. I Shall Master This Family released on September 2 and is currently ongoing at three seasons.
This title can only be read by purchasing Gems with a break every four episodes.
Please Save Me

Dear, Not Cunning Witch

Dear, Not Cunning Witch is another new romantasy series landing on Manta. The original story written by DaHyun Kim, the webcomic was adapted by Ronna and conggomul illustrating. The series launched on September 22 and is available to Manta subscribers.

Solo Leveling
“Gates,” portals to another world, have cropped up everywhere. So, too, have the hunters who make a living slaying the creatures that reside in other worlds. Sung Jinwoo is an E-rank hunter, the lowest rung of the ladder. Despite this, he fights to grow stronger and provide for his loved ones.
Originally written by Chugong and adapted into a webcomic by h-goon with illustrations by the late DUBU, Solo Leveling has become one of the most popular webcomics to come out in recent years. It has been adapted into an anime with a second season coming out in January 2025, and a role-playing video game called Solo Leveling: Arise. The series will release on September 29 on Manta and can only be accessed through their Gem system.
