The Monsters—including the viral Labubu—turn 10 this year, and Pop Mart is celebrating with new collectibles. As part of the festivities, the company has just announced a brand new, iconic collab: The Monsters x Sanrio, with new Labubu plushes and pendants dressed like fan-favorite characters.

The Monsters x Sanrio Vinyl Plush Pendant Blind Box will feature six figures (plus one secret) costumed as beloved Sanrio characters Hello Kitty, My Melody, Kuromi, Pochacco, Cinnamoroll, and more. Each one retails for $39.99.

In addition to the blind box, Pop Mart has also announced the Labubu x Hello Kitty Vinyl Plush Doll, which features a brown-furred Labubu wearing Hello Kitty-inspired overalls. It comes with an embroidered sleep mask, a Hello Kitty pillow accessory, and a two-piece outfit. The doll retails for $149.99.

This collaboration is huge for both Labubu collectors and Sanrio fans. The Monsters were created by Kasing Lung in 2015 and went viral last year, becoming a fast-selling collectible that also hit the resale market at steep costs.

Meanwhile, Hello Kitty was created by Yuko Shimizu in 1974 and made her official debut in March 1975. She’s since become a globally recognized figure with her own video games, comics, and more.

“By bringing together two brands with strong global audiences, this collaboration underscores Pop Mart’s commitment to artist-forward, collectible design, said Emily Brough, Head of Licensing, Pop Mart Americas. “Both Labubu and Sanrio have passionate fanbases, and this partnership engages collectors and fans alike, blending timeless Sanrio appeal with the playful mischief that has made Labubu a global icon.”

“Our beloved Sanrio characters have always been rooted in friendship, joy, and self-expression—values that have resonated across generations and cultures,” said Jill Koch, SVP of Brand at Sanrio, Inc. “Welcoming Labubu into the Sanrio universe allows us to bring that spirit to life through a new creative lens. This collaboration blends nostalgia with discovery, giving fans a collectible experience that feels both familiar and delightfully unexpected.”

Pop Mart’s Monsters x Sanrio collectibles will go on sale in the US on Thursday, March 12 at 10 p.m. ET on PopMart.com. They will be available in retail stores nationwide starting in April.
