Rising K-Pop girl group UNIS have officially made their Japanese debut with the digital single “Moshi Moshi ♡”, released on September 12, 2025.
Produced by shito from the popular Japanese music circle HoneyWorks, “Moshi Moshi ♡” captures a bright, bubbly energy that leans into the classic J-Pop sound. The upbeat track highlights UNIS’ playful charm while introducing their sound to a wider Japanese audience.
The single, first announced on August 28, marks the group’s first full Japanese-language release and was made available across major streaming platforms. Its title, meaning “Hello” in Japanese, embodies the song’s friendly, openhearted theme—a cheerful greeting from the girls to their fans abroad.
Fans have already noted that the single’s metadata refers to this as the Japanese version, hinting that a Korean or English version may be on the way.
“Moshi Moshi ♡” follows UNIS’ recent collaboration with viral Japanese singer-songwriter noa on “Shaking My Head”, as well as their fan-dedicated single “See You in My Dream” and their second mini-album, SWICY.
Earlier this year, UNIS also wrapped up a successful fan concert tour in the Philippines, performing in Manila and Cebu, with their most recent stop at the New Frontier Theater on August 9.
With “Moshi Moshi ♡,” UNIS continue to bridge Korean and Japanese pop sounds, showing just how naturally they fit into both worlds.
