A week ago, K-Pop star Kang Daniel faced an unexpected setback during his U.S. tour.
According to The Korea Times, thieves broke into one of Kang’s vehicles while he was traveling to San Jose, California, for a concert. A suitcase containing stage costumes, along with hair and makeup tools, was stolen.
Fans were quick to respond to the news online. One remarked, “As soon as I saw the headline I knew he was in the Bay,” while another commented, “I read about that. All the clothes, makeup, everything—like how and why? Then he was so positive saying the show must go on and he won’t let that deter him from having a good time.”
Despite the loss, Kang pressed forward with his performances. His 2025 Tour in USA covered 12 major cities, beginning in Charlotte on September 3 and concluding in San Jose on September 22. The tour also marked his first solo concerts since the release of Glow to Haze, his sixth mini-album.
Kang’s resilient attitude and ability to turn a difficult situation into a triumphant finale left many fans inspired. While the theft was an unfortunate reminder of the risks that can come with life on the road, the singer’s message was clear: the show must go on.
