The announcement, which dropped alongside a dynamic teaser animation on the group’s official social media platforms, has fans buzzing. The short clip features a stylized black figure walking against a purple background, keeping rhythm with a steady, drum-heavy beat. As the figure leaps over the words “No Genre” in a playful font, the teaser hints at a confident and eclectic concept—one that may defy expectations and embrace the unexpected.
The new EP comes roughly eight months after their 3rd EP 19.99, and just four months following their heartfelt digital single “IF I SAY, I LOVE YOU,” which topped charts across Asia and earned a spot on both Billboard Global charts.
This latest release also follows the successful wrap of BOYNEXTDOOR’s first Asia tour, KNOCK ON Vol. 1, which concluded on April 12 at Jakarta’s Istora Senayan Arena. The tour spanned 12 cities, including sold-out shows in Japan, Singapore, Manila, and more. Known for their charm and high-energy performances, the group left fans spellbound with a mix of hit singles and heartfelt fan favorites, earning thunderous applause and sing-alongs in every city.
