The series, which is currently published by Tapas Entertainment, has been on hiatus since November 2024. Tapas shared the following update with readers:

Dear Readers,
Thank you for your continued support of Raising My Fiance with Money! Season 1 has come to a close and so we will be taking a short hiatus before returning with Season 2! Thank you and we’ll see you again soon!
— Team Tapas —

A synopsis of the series from Tapas reads:

Money can’t buy her love, but it can help her get sweet, sweet revenge. Take a seat at Lady Ilya Bloden’s table and watch Ilya charm her way out of a loveless engagement, help the “Bloodthirsty Butcher of the Battlefield” find the courage to speak to the manager, and single-handedly destroy one of the most influential families in the Ishtar Empire. Tea and crumpets will be served!

While there’s no word yet on who will illustrate Season 2, fans can revisit 23’s work by rereading Season 1 on Tapas.
