K-Pop girl group TWICE has announced an exciting collaboration with Sanrio. The group’s mascots, known as Lovelys, will team up with iconic Sanrio characters in a unique crossover.
Nayeon’s Lovely, Navely, will pair with Pocchaco, while Jeongyeon’s Jeongvely will join forces with Keroppi. Momo’s Movely is set to collaborate with My Melody, and Sana’s Savely will link up with Corocorokuririn. Jihyo’s Jively will crossover with Cinnamoroll, and Mina’s Mively will partner with Kuromi.

The Sanrio counterparts for Dahyun’s Davely, Tzuyu’s Tzuvely, and Chaeyoung’s Chaengvely have not yet been revealed. However, a previous post on the group’s X account confirmed that Cogimyun, Little Twin Stars, and Hello Kitty are part of the collaboration. The only question remaining is which of the three members—Dahyun, Tzuyu, or Chaeyoung—will be paired with these Sanrio characters.
TWICE’s Lovelys are adorable little sprites, each representing a member of the group. They first appeared in TWICE’s 2018 Japanese release, “BDZ.” At the beginning of the song, Sana narrates a story about the Lovelys:
“A world filled with hopes and dreams… And the ‘Lovely’ who live in a world overflowing with love. This world with the ‘Lovely’ was very happy. One day however, villains discontent with the happy world appeared, the ‘Lovely’ were snatched away, and trapped inside a prison cell… Once the ‘Lovely’ disappeared from the world, the love-filled world started to change. Anger and hate brimmed over, and the people ran amok. Iーno we, could not just stand watching this world. We have to save it, save the ‘Lovely,’ and bring back the world filled with love. Right now. We are, TWICE.“
Further details about the collaboration have not yet been revealed. Fans can expect updates to be shared on the TWICE official Japanese X account (formerly Twitter), @JYPETWICE_JAPAN.
