NYCC ’24: Ize Press announces print versions of three webnovels and four webcomics

Giovinetta Valdemar, Lady Devil herself, was branded as such after her first husband’s heart was ripped out on their wedding night. Ize Press then followed up with their webnovel licenses and announced three: Omniscient Readers’ Viewpoint, Semantic Error, and Villains Are Destined to Die. Ize Press had previously announced that they had licensed the novel for ORV back in July 2023 but fans had not heard any news since then. After more than a year, the imprint revealed the webnovel would release its first volume in July 2025.

All three novels will be released in print, eBook, and audio formats.

Semantic Error is available to read as a webcomic on Manta and the webnovel is licensed by Publang for a digital format. This gets a little confusing since Ize Press is also supposed to hold the eBook license. According to Remilia on X (formerly known as Twitter), the organizer for the press release said Publang and Ize Press may have different rights.

The release date for the webnovel will be announced at a later date.
